Our policy lasts 30 days for domestic and 60 for international orders . If this period has gone by since you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer 1 size up or down one time exchange for all apparel products and 2 sizes up or down for shoes. The exchange item is free of charge. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return of the item that doesn't fit; we will provide you with address.
If the size exchange request differs by more than 1 size (for apparel) or more than 2 sizes (for footwear), we offer size exchange for a fee (depending on the product).

We will give you the address for your return and all you have to do is cover the shipping costs for the return. Once we receive the returned item and we inspect it, if it is in good condition you will receive refund.
